​After your order is confirmed on our website and you receive a confirmation e-mail, your product/products are prepared and delivered to the cargo within 7 working days.
The courier will ask for an identity document when delivering the product to you or the person you specify. For this reason, you or the person who will receive the delivery must have an identity document with you. When you receive the product, open the box next to the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any mistakes or deficiencies, please contact us immediately and do not accept the product by filling out the cargo delivery report. 

Problems Due to Delivery
For shipments made with the Cargo Company, in case of damage to the product during transportation, the damage is covered by intelligence  Mekatron intelligence._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-133655cf58d_

In case of damaged shipment; 
- Damaged products should not be received and a 'delivery report' should be attached to the delivery company. 
- The shipment should not be returned due to small dents that may be in the parcel or packaging so as not to damage the product. 
- After the shipment is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly.
- If the post is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to Mekatron intelligence as soon as possible with the copy of the report you have.
